Hampton Inn Paramus

This is a really solid hotel. It has been recently updated and everything is fresh and clean. They will make up your room every day if you like and they do a good job. Complimentary breakfast is very good. You can have coffee only or a huge choice of entrees. On your way out, they have a to go bag for your travels. It is very hard to find a decent hotel in a Paramus NJ - this one is well kept and lovely. Have been to Hyatt Place and Best Western, which are nearby choices - they are dumps. Choose Hampton Inn. You won't go wrong.

My husband and I spent a week here and were very happy with the hotel, our room, breakfast and most of all, housekeeping and management. I have asthma and am allergic to pets. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager Zach before making reservations. He was very helpful at addressing my concerns. He assured me the room would be deep cleaned. Housekeeping did a great job. I had no problems and everything was perfect! We have been Hilton Honors members for over 25 years but rarely stay at any of their hotels anymore because of the change in pet policy. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are in New Jersey!

Positive: The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. Negative: The signage in the area could have been better, given all the construction and resulting detours.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was delightful with a large variety of foods. No USB charging port in the room was a huge negative. Staff was nice, and a very, very special acknowledgement to sorah (I believe that's her name) at the front desk - she went above and beyond to keep me calm when 3rd party booking messed up my reservation. She got me all taken care of, and she did it all with a smile. Her interpersonal skills are truly a gift!

For sure not the Ritz. BUT this Hampton Inn is fresh, updated, clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are varied and plentiful. It's a very good place to stay.
