Hampton Inn Oxford/Miami University Area

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The room was clean. Perfect amount of room amenities for what we needed (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer,etc). We overstayed ourselves past the checkout time (oops) and the lovely young woman named Star called from the front desk, asking if we needed more time and was nothing but kind. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

the room and the hotel were great. the women, natalie, kathy, and zar were the best you could ask for. from before i arrived until after i left, you could not ask for any better help than what they gave. they helped make the stay very easy and comfortable."thanks". this hotel was very clean. the room was clean as can be. after driving for 5 hours, getting my son situated into his living space and shopping for all the stuff we forgot, i hit the bed and i was out. the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast was good the next morning. the next time i come to oxford this is my hotel

This hotel really saved the day for me. After a tiring drive and college move in all day when I went to check into the hotel, we discovered that there was no reservation for me as I was booked in Oxford, Maine, instead of Oxford, Ohio. Karen and Lynda We’re absolute Rockstars! They both helped clean a room that someone had left early so they could resell the room to me. I have worked in this business for many years and I was so impressed how quickly they reacted and what they were willing to do to make it right for me. The hotel was clean and the staff was great.

Positive: The staff were friendly and very accomodating. We felt like our stay there mattered to them.:D Negative: The colors in the room were a little dark, so maybe updating that would be nice.

Our family stayed one night in Oxford while visiting Miami University and found every aspect of our stay to be wonderful! From the extremely helpful and kind staff to the very well-maintained property to the peaceful atmosphere throughout the corridors and lobby, this hotel offers an excellent stay. Breakfast was great and the dining area was comfortable and clean. Everything this staff is doing to make sure guest have a great stay shines though! Looking forward to staying again soon!
