Best Western Sycamore Inn

This hotel is simply amazing. I had to come here in quarantine, because that was highly contagious sick with Rs b they went above and beyond any job description, you could imagine the rooms a really, really nice clean. And the whole hotel in attire is very nice. Update. It be a full breakfast indoor pool and again I can't say enough how nice the staff is even with me being sick. They still went out of their ways to help me and I am so thankful that this hotel and they were here through my illness!!

I have stayed at the Best Western Sycamore Inn for many years when visiting Miami University. The service, staff, and amenities are exceptional and affordable. Stacy, the manager, Matt, at the front desk, and Curtis, in breakfast services, go out of their way to take care of every need with a smile. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Thank you!

Where do I begin about this place. I will say the staff is extremely nice and accommodating room are big and clean sheets. Now I don't normally nit pick this much but when when the place is charging $350 a night after a 20% discount i would expect a lot nicer and cleaner room My room had a political that wasn't secured a shower head falling off the wall, bubbling paint, headboard and furniture that looked like animals have been chewing it, spider and cob webs, dirty baseboard, trim that looked like a 6th grade shop class had installed, missing tile grout, you can hear everything going on on the second floor and in the hallways, some random machinery that went off every 20 min, bad patch work on the walls mixed matched paint, gap around the door that you can see light through, since it was

We booked our stay for the “heated” pool, but it was freezing. Staff kindly suggested we swim in the lake instead, which just wasn’t what we had in mind. AC maintenance also came into our room while we were in the process of checking out even though my husband notified them we would only be a minute. The bed and towels were mediocre, and breakfast was basic. While the staff was kind and the stay wasn’t terrible, it was disappointing. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for. I hope they can make a few improvements, because this could be a nice place to stay.
