Hampton Inn Norwich

Great location close to Mohegan. We were greeted and welcomed to the hotel by a very nice crew. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning and coffee anytime! Excellent all around!

Not sure if my original review was published so I'm writing another. I chose this Hampton Inn based on my experience staying there 2-3 years ago and was not disappointed.||This is one of the better Hampton Inns. The location just off I-395 makes it easy to get to nearby attractions. The hotel was spotless in all respects. The customer service was excellent, and I interacted with several desk clerks. The pool area is quite large, surprising for a Hampton Inn. The hot tub was properly hot and well maintained. It seems the pool was designed for those who want to swim laps. There was the occasional time where a family used the pool but we had it to ourselves most of the time. I can't speak to how noisy it gets when families are crowding it.||The breakfast was good last time but it was

Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Welcoming lobby. Large breakfast/ dining area. Building is old but renovated and we'll maintained. The only thing is the low water pressure at the shower. Otherwise this place is very nice.

Had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn Norwich. The rooms are very hygienic, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh and well organized, with good variety. The surrounding environment is beautiful, calm, and adds a lot to the overall experience. The coffee is a highlight — really good and available throughout the day. Overall, this is a great location and one of the best places to stay in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with the General Manager, Nicole Clark. When I first checked in, Chris at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Neither of us realized at the time that I had been placed in the wrong studio room , he believed I was booked under a different company. I only found out when I returned with my lunch and my key no longer worked. It appeared to be an honest mix-up, and he was pleasant throughout the interaction. The bigger issue happened later regarding my reservation. There was confusion about my room being booked for an additional night. When I brought this to Nicole’s attention, instead of asking questions to understand the situation, she immediately told me I needed to check out ASAP. The tone from the sta
