Hampton Inn New Philadelphia

We stayed here with family and friends for our son’s wedding in October 2025 and were very pleased. Lori was very responsive and accommodating as we blocked rooms and made arrangements. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was hot with plenty of options, and staff everywhere were helpful and kind. Also, the option of the meeting room as a gathering space worked perfectly. The breakfast sitting area was also very comfortable for visiting together in the morning and evening. There was major renovation underway that had the main entrance closed at the time we were there, but it had very little impact on our stay and nothing that was unacceptable. This location worked perfectly for our group and I appreciate they made it so easy. Everything was convenient and comfortable.

We booked for an overnight stay while in the area. We were only given two choices on the app- a room on the second floor or a room on the third floor. We chose the second floor room. While traveling on our way there, we were called by the hotel and told the second floor room had a fire alarm that would not stop, so our room would be the third floor room. Upon check-in, the lady working the desk (blonde hair and glasses) was very nice. We went to the room. Towels were dingy. You could hear a constant drip in the wall in the bathroom. The air was not working correctly (it was 76 degress) and the room would not cool. Thankfully, I had a small fan with me to try to cool the room a little. Trying to sleep was terrible as it was so hot. When we got up the next morning, it was 80 degree

“Wonderful staff, great breakfast, very clean hotel, and a nice room. My only suggestion would be to update the bed and pillows, as they weren’t the most comfortable. Otherwise, everything was excellent

Positive: Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and well maintained Negative: The liquid soap/shampoo dispensers in shower were not full. The liquid shower soap was completely empty.

The hotel was very nice! We stayed there for a family wedding. They handed out our welcome gift bags and water for guests. They also got donuts for us to have Sunday morning (we paid them to do this). The donuts were great! We didn’t even ask for a sign and they added an adorable sign to go with them. A nice touch for our wedding group departure. The staff was nice and accommodating. It was close to a Walmart, Starbucks, Menards, Texas Roadhouse and Taco Bell.
