Positive: "" Negative: we had a fire alarm go off at midnight at night and it just seems like nobody knew exactly what going on and I felt unsafe.

The staff is always amazing! Best Western is always a good value for your money. With that being said. Our room was pleasant enough. Just a few things to work on. The AC unit was pulled away from the wall and cold air was coming in. Weather was below zero. We asked for an extra blanket and covered it up. The pool are was clean and looked well maintained but the water was cold. The bathroom in the pool area was old and dingy looking. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot! Overall I am pleased with our stay!

I came to the area to explore some historical sites. Best Western Dutch Valley was reasonably priced. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a king size bed, and it was very comfy. The hotel does need updating. It is showing its age. Also, the bathroom is very small. I would not let the age or size of the bathroom stop me from staying there again.

Only negatives is the bathroom is really tiny! Im a big guy, so its hard to move around in there! I wish the pool warm temperature controlled, kinda cold! The ladies at the front desk are nice and sweet , along with good conversations! Lots of food options really close by! Which is great because I love to eat and sleep!

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had! I’ve traveled a lot, and I have never checked into a hotel and then chosen to leave the same night — until now. We arrived around 2:00 PM Friday, got ready for a wedding, and left around 2:45 PM. After the event, we came back around 10:00 PM, grabbed our bags, and immediately left to stay at the Hilton across the road. That’s how bad it was. The moment we walked in, the lobby looked old, dirty, and neglected. The area where food is served didn’t look clean either — honestly, we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. I might have overlooked those things if the room itself had been decent, but it was not. The floor in our room was so slanted that lying on the bed would have meant our feet were higher than our heads. Clearly, this has been a l
