Days Inn by Wyndham New Philadelphia

The motels on the rooms are old how we need to be remodeled. But the hospitality and the young lady in the young man running the front desk went out of their way to accommodate me and my husband. And for that I thank them and yes it's a cheap motel so you get what you paid for. But I would stay here again because they treat you like family

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was disgusting! First of all we couldnt get the door open because the door handle didn't work. When we got in it smelled like smoke and there were bugs and spiders and critters on the walls and on the floor. The shower and toilet were very dirty as well. The water pressure at the sink was just a trickle. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone!!

Could give no stars if it allowed me. Rooms are so dirty, smell of smoke and mildew. Walked into first room and it looked as if someone was living there, garbage on the nightstand and towels in the shower. Exchanged rooms, the second one was no better, mold in shower and dirty bed linen. Told front desk I could not stay here, too dirty for me. Had to call corporate for a refund but was given a runaround, would not even refund my money because the yard behind the counter said i stayed the night. I can guarantee that I will never be back, I can not believe the health department lets this place stay open. I will be reporting this to them as well.

Do not stay here. I wish I could give negative stars for this place. First of all, and not her fault, we could not understand the check in clerk. Her Indian accent was very thick. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and yuck! Got to our room (110) and it was unbelievably nasty. We usually aren’t super picky about our room but just cannot do filthy. We stayed for maybe 30 minutes because there weren’t any other rooms available in the area. We were also very tired and had just driven over 5 hours and it was about 10:30pm when we arrived. We eventually decided to pack up and leave because my husband and I were just grossed out. We ended up getting something across the street by a miracle. Anyway, it was filthy, dirty stained sheets and mattress. My husband checked one of the mattresses for b

Room was very small like the bed was against the heat/AC unit and our lock on our door was black taped...it was hard to get open and closed...the toilet you had to hold down handle until it was completely flushed .Staff was amazing very nice .
