Hampton Inn Hillsville

We travel between South Carolina and Ohio 8 to 10 times a year. We are Hilton Honors members for over 12 years. We have always stayed at either the Wytheville Va or Princeton Va Hampton Inns. A few trips ago we tried the Hillsville location and are so glad we did! It’s very clean, quiet, and Ian at the front desk is great! So personable, a joy to talk to, and a great guy to have out front. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Also, the tv in the rooms has Apple TV, Netflix, and Sirius Radio. Good size clean pool and exercise room. This is our go-to now for all of our trips North & South.

We arrived at the hotel at 8pm only to find no one at the front desk. After a 20 minute wait, the front desk attendant finally showed. Upon checking in our room we were greeted with a horrible odor, and dirty room. Thankfully, we were able to be moved to another room. All in all, a very poor experience.

Very comfortable and clean. It's updated and the amenities are good minus they do not have laundry as it stated on trip.

outstanding facility. New very clean rooms, super friendly staff, and the best breakfast buffet we've seen. It was a toss up between Holiday Inn Express on Hampton, so glad we picked this Hampton. We are heading to Georgia for another night stay before getting to Florida for the Winter, plan to stay at Hampton again. Stay here, you won't be sorry.

Enjoyed everything about this stay. Except the loudest hvac unit I have ever experienced. I still gave this place a 5 due to everything else: staff, cleanliness, beds, food, etc. I will be back.
