Comfort Inn & Suites Hillsville I-77

Everything!!! Starting with the online price being so affordable and they are right off the exit, i think there was 1 maybe 2 redlights and i was in parking lot. Upon arrival the front desk made me feel so welcome as if they had been looking forward to my arrival all day. My room key was ready and I had to sign the normal paperwork. It may have taken 2 to 3 minutes. The halways and elevator were clean and well maintained (no noises in elevator) upon entry to the room you could smell that fresh linen small and they had the heat preset to 68 with 2 extra towels ,as I requested upon reservation. Everything was SO CLEAN! Even the mirrors were streak free and the sheets still had the creases in them. This was my third overnight stay at this Hillsville VA Comfort Inn & Suites. This hotel is the best one for me to stay one-half way on my trip to visit my son & family. Being a senior who travels alone, I feel very safe staying here & my room has always been immaculate. The staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for overnight stay and free full breakfast too. Stay here; you won’t be disappointed.

Daisy, at check in AND check out, was amazing, as was the rest of the staff... personable workers make all the difference!|The only issue I have with the hotel (and why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) is the poor draining of the shower/ bath water...literally had to wait 15-60 minutes for (hair-free) used water to drain and then wipe down the bottom of the tub so it didn't leave residue before the next family members shower. I wouldn't mention it but this also happened last year in a different room... maintenance needs to clean out the drains. Everything else in the room was clean and comfortable... and the breakfast had a lot of hot food options.

This is our second stay here. The rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing. King bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed for a nights stay. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but again, had everything you needed to start your day. Breakfast area was very clean. The staff here is very friendly and always asking if help is needed. The price per night is also a great deal for value received.

We spent 3 nights during the winter storm. Staff was very nice, helpful, and caring. I loved the local hospitality. The breakfasts were to me excellent with a great variety of options and eat as much you want service. No frills but very nice, quiet, safe, and most important spotless
