Hampton Inn Helen

Great location at a good price. Walking distance to all the Octoberfest activities. The room was not very comfortable. Mold around bathtub and maid didn't clean very well.

We came as a family of 4 in one room with the river view and balcony. The location is excellent for easy access to the main shopping and dining in Helen. We walked to the coaster and everything else. The rooms are a little worn, but they were well cleaned. We were here during the busy holiday season and they were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was pretty good. The price to stay here is a little high for what you get, but this is a reliable place to stay in the heart of Helen.

My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary weekend here. The room was great with a good view of the river from the deck. The room was well equipped with two chairs, a fireplace, king bed and plenty of room. The bathroom had a large whirlpool tub. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold items and lots of seating. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay with great views in a great little town! My family enjoyed our getaway in Helen, and staying at the Hampton is a great choice. Free hot breakfast, great views (Riverview room), and walking distance to downtown. The rooms are getting a little wear, if any complaint. The charging station at the bedside table wasn't working, and there was a slow leak on the shower. Other than that, a highly recommended place to stay!

I am not sure if I love Helen so I stay here or I love staying here so I come to Helen. This is one of the friendliest places I stay. The staff is just wonderful here. I see the same faces from my previous stays, hence the great service. They enlarged the breakfast area and the seating for breakfast. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate…. Cookies every evening…. On the river…. If you can’t tell. I love it here! Looks like they also finished the new flooring and window treatments. If you aren’t staying here you are missing out!
