I had a pleasant two-night stay at this hotel while attending a wedding as a member of the wedding party. The business center was a highlight of my stay. It was well-equipped, clean, and made handling a few last-minute tasks easy and stress-free. One small downside was the absence of a pen in my room. It was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting for those who needed a pen to write out a card. On a fun note, the hotel had a ski area nearby! Some members of the wedding party went skiing before and after the wedding. Additionally, the hotel gave out stickers, which added a memorable touch to the stay. The best part was the free coffee and irons in the rooms, which were much appreciated during a busy weekend. Overall, it was a solid stay with thoughtful perks and a few areas for improve
Stopped for the night on a whim during a long trip. The room was nice, minus the exception of being able to hear every door slam shut in the hallway. The breakfast is where I had the biggest issue. Not only was the chocolate milk I grabbed spoiled, but I decided to try out the cranberry juice from the drink dispenser afterwards and it was weirdly thick, almost like a gel? I tested the “strawberry water enhancer” it had as well to see if it would also be thick and it infact was. Very off putting but otherwise it was a fairly nice stay!
I stayed at this hotel May 2nd for one night to attend my niece's wedding nearby. Check-in was a pleasant breeze with Scott and Sam the next day could not have been lovelier! The head of housekeeping (I apologize I do not remember her name) could not have been more accommodating! This is a lovely hotel with breathtaking views made even better by the people who work here! I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!
This hotel is cheap and poorly managed. The rooms aren’t bad, but are overpriced for what you get. They charge you extra to stay on the “nice view” side which isn’t worth the markup. No matter how many nights you are staying, you will only get 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels. The a/c is set not to go below 70 degrees. The manager says this is controlled by corporate in Buffalo but that is a lie. Breakfast is underwhelming and being startled by slamming doors is normal. Definitely steer clear of this place. Not worth the prices they charge.
Updated rooms and excellent front desk service. I only removed a star because the walls are really thin and the breakfast is super limited . Top of the 80s is a surprisingly great restaurant across the parking lot and the view is spectacular - try it out!
