Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-West/Pembroke Pines

Check in was quick, the front desk attendant was kind, professional and efficient. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with the major exception of the standard fluffy pillows that were on the king-sized bed since they immediately deflated to complete flatness once a head was placed on them. This lead to a very poor sleeping experience. Note to the Hilton procurer of pillows: please get manufacturer samples, take them home and if they are non-functional and do not provide head and neck support, do not buy them because they will make hotel guests suffer. I have never experienced such terrible pillows. Another great stay! We come here often for business and it’s consistently a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers have great water pressure, and the free breakfast is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Shamier (hope I’m spelling that right!) is always such a joy to see—she’s welcoming, upbeat, and it truly means a lot that she remembers our names and preferences. We’ll definitely be back!

Great quiet area. Cracker Barrel right next door. They have a hot tub and a pool. Very nice to sit out and enjoy. Breakfast every morning 6-10. Bathroom has plenty of water pressure. Staff was pleasant. I would stay again.

Good stay at Hampton inn Pembroke pines. The hotel is a bit on the older side, but still well maintained. Beds are good, room was clean. Breakfast was very minimal but ok. Overall a satisfying stay!

Had a great stay here. The stand out feature is their warm breakfast buffet. There’s always a rotation of warm eggs and a meat. Their churro waffles are a MUST. Then, they have your regular continental items. The attendees are constantly restocking the food and cleaning the area. They also provide complimentary coffee 24 hours which was really nice. Do yourself a favor and enjoy your breakfast outside poolside. The entire hotel and rooms were tidy and clean. Front desk is nice.
