Check-in set the tone right away the team was genuinely attentive, and everything ran smoothly without a single hassle. Breakfast was a standout: fresh, filling, and exactly what you want before heading out for the day. The location on a quiet street made a big difference too, because we slept straight through with no outside noise. For the comfort, cleanliness, and service you get at this price, I’d book here again without thinking twice.

TERRIBLE STAY!! We were placed in the room 154, looked on the sheets and voila, NOT ironed. And the door chain is broken, and the lock on the bathroom door is broken, and a fan in the bathroom not working. Very old nightstand lamps with NO USB chargers. There only 2 USB chargers in the room and they are located NOT next to bed. So, if there are 2 persons with 2 cell phones and 2 laptops/tablets there are no place to charge the all. In addition, I specifically book a room with a microwave and a fridge. And, guess what, room 154 has no microwave nor fridge. June at the reception was nice and gave me another room. This place couldn’t be worse. The pool has been closed for months and the front desk said they were told not to inform customers until after they checked in. The rooms are old, dirty and furnished with the most uncomfortable seats and beds imaginable. The beds had springs sticking in our backs all night. During our three day stay nobody came to change linens or give us fresh towels. The breakfast was unbearable. Old coffee and cold burnt omelets. Any and all requests or complaints are ignored or dismissed

If I could give this place a zero or negative score I would. This “hotel “is located within a golf community and stepping 1 foot in there you realize it is a front for either money laundering or just there to offset their HOA or golf course fees. My parents husband and I all stayed in two rooms at this resort for my best friend’s wedding. It was so horrible. My parents had to leave in the middle of the night like they were escaping East Berlin and demand a refund. We only stayed because we had no choice and we’re seeing my best friend the following morning so my husband and I had to stay but we had to wear socks immediately getting out of the shower because all the carpet is so sticky. This hotel was awesome! The room was big and spacious (just needed a mini fridge). The king size bed was comfortable too! The ladies at check in/out desk were very friendly. The pool was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good, small but its a contenial breakfast we had a very nice lady (the cook) make the pancakes and cheesy scrambled eggs right there for us. All of the staff was very friendly and nice! It's definitely quiet but for the awesome price it was great! We'll definitely be back!
