Hampton Inn Ft. Collins

Stayed here while in town for a bother in laws funeral. Room was clean, beds comfortable amd pillows were nice, fluffy and smelled fairly fresh. Morning breakfast was sufficient for most. Sadly for someone on a rather restricted diet there was very little for me to eat. Which is completely understandable. Very thankful for the fresh fruit selection.

Urine stained toilet seat from not being lifted and cleaned on the underside. Pee on the side, disgusting! Hot tub out of order, pool way too cold to swim in. We chose this hotel based on certain amenities and the hot tub and pool were one of the main ones. Reviews were high so our expectations were too. Police sirens throughout the night were annoying. This hotel sits right on the roadway. We plan on trying to cancel the rest of our stay with a full refund for the remaining nights.

Hot tub and pool were clean and open until midnight. Laundry room and process economical. Bed very comfortable and breakfast normal fare-waffles, cheese omelet, bacon, potatoes, etc.

Positive: Great fitness center and comfortable beds. Pet fee wasn’t outrageous like other places. Negative: Nothing bad about this hotel!

They gave us a dirty room. Disgusting! Someone before us splattered the toilet and it was not cleaned. Found that immediately after accessing the room for the first time and lifted the seat to use the toilet and it was all on the underside of the seat. Coat hanger and crumbs all under the bed, which is whatever but shows no pride. Got in the shower the next morning and there was strands of long black hair stuck to the wall. Then opened the blinds to let some light in and see that I’d been staying there (on the first floor) with the windows unlocked. Makes me wonder if the housekeepers also just remade the dirty bed from previous guests. Absolutely terrible. There’s a Holiday Inn about another block up the road, I think I’ll book there next time. Shame on you guys.
