Hampton Inn Fayetteville Fort Bragg

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and inviting this hotel was. Obviously the management and the staff take great pride in their hotel. From check in to check out the staff was fantastic, especially Hansil and Natasha on the night shift. They both showed genuine interest in what we were doing and when we returned it was like they couldn't wait to hear all about our evening. The hotel itself is in a quiet secluded location yet still close to everything in Fayetteville. You won't be disappointed!

This is a newly renovated property. Rooms are good sized with newer furniture and interiors. I was helped by Yssa, she greeted nicely and thanked me for being whatever status I am. Gave information regarding breakfast room location and other stuff that can help my comfortable stay. Very nice staff. This propert is located near to all the good eating places and easy access to important highways.

We stayed here 3 nights attending a 3 day convention. We were welcomed by a lovely sign at the front desk. All the staff have been super friendly and helpful and lovely! A special shoutout to Krystal who took care of the breakfast each morning! The food was delicious and she helped me out when I needed some foil to wrap up my lunch for the afternoon. The rooms are great especially if you are sharing with your family. I love the fact that the bathroom is a full bathroom with dual sinks, tub and shower and toilet. You don’t have to disturb the other sleeping family members while getting ready in the morning. Comes with a mini fridge which is a life and time saver!! Thank you to all the staff for making this a most comfortable and enjoyable stay in Fayetteville!!

I stayed two nights at this Hampton Inn in Fayetteville. The room was spacious and everything looked cleaned except the carpet on the right side of the bed , it had an unpleasant smell. Carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. Air was not circulating in the room, the AC never turned on, maybe because weather started to get chilly at night. AC was set at 69 degrees. Some staff were friendly others at the front desk will just ignore you. Breakfast is decent they should add more fresh fruits. Tea, coffee , and cookies were always fresh and available early evening . The reason of three starts because the pillows had old stale sweat smell and the right side of the bed. Thankfully, I had my travel pillows and was able to use the left side of the bed.

Yssa, the front desk staff was the friendliest I have encountered in years. I travel a lot for business and she was so genuine in welcoming me. When I asked to be moved to a different floor she accommodated without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Great asset to the hotel!
