Hampton Inn Fairhope-Mobile Bay

If I could give zero stars I would do to the customer service. The trip started off good with the check inn going smoothly. I would have never booked this hotel if I would have read the reviews. My son woke up with bed bugs in his bed with bites, come to find out they have had numerous complaints about the bed bugs at this hotel. The hotel did give me most of my money back, and offered to give me a free night at the hotel, but why would I want to stay at this location again? The hotel then offered me 1000 points which is nothing. I had to throw away my luggage and clothes that were brought into the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I contacted the Hilton help line and they also refuse to help. It just seems like this is an ongoing problem at this location. I have attached photos also o

Great location, friendly people, great breakfast, good stuff in the gym although it’s very tight for more than one person at a time, and my only real complaint is that the rugs and rooms haven’t been changed since 1972. Some type of green and brown swirl pattern that took us back in time 50 years. Time for a remodel, and then this place would be banging!!!

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve this year. Had a great time. We have stayed here many times in the past. Location is great for walking to dinner, shopping, or the park for the children. I wanted to leave a review this time to say how helpful the front desk staff were. I left a large toiletry bag with hundreds of dollars of products and jewelry in it. The staff called me on my drive home and made me aware. They were kind enough to ship it to my home address. A HUGE thank you!!!

This place is wonderful! Great location, great staff, and great atmosphere. Alex, and Leigha are absolute rockstars at the front desk. Amy & Linda really go above and beyond in housekeeping as well! Coming in front a long shift to be greeted by a friendly staff is truly so refreshing. To then go into my suite and see that I have a freshly made bed, clean towels, and even the toiletries restocked. Talk about a morale boost. As someone who stays in hotels frequently for work, I know a good hotel when I get the chance to experience one. This one checks all my boxes and then some. Thank you Alex, Leigha, Amy, and Linda for making this a comfortable & pleasant stay. Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

We recently stayed at this hotel and can't say enough about the people working there. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. We had to extend our stay due to a winter storm and that was done with no hassles. The location is great, free parking, good food for breakfast, what more could you ask for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fairhope.
