The homes are beautiful, and the people in the community are wonderful. However, the landscaping maintenance needs some improvement. There are definitely areas where the current management company could improve and become more effective.
Nice homes. Overall outdoor maintenance though of the community is poor. A little oversight and effort would make a big difference.
Nice newly constructed homes! The neighborhood is quiet and well located. Neighbors are friendly. Landscaping maintenance could be better/improved.
The garage was very dirty; windows had dog snot.
