Hampton Inn Eden Prairie Minneapolis

Eden Prairie location was enjoyable. Very clean, fresh and seems like a new hotel. Shout out for Isabella who was meeting many needs with great hospitality and efficiency. The breakfast was above average and staff cook was efficient with a busy eating area and oh so pleasant. Recommended.

I want to give a special thank you to Scott, Tresha and all the staff at the Hampton inn for making my experience top notch. I ended up staying at the hotel for about two months while my condo was being worked on do to water. Although they are not set up as a extended stay type hotel they all went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure myself, my daughter and even my cat were welcome and well taken care of. Breakfast…Always great. and all the free coffee you could ever want 🤣. My room was always clean and well taken care of. Always clean. Thanks guys👍

I wanted to write a review after my first stay because the experience with the staff was so great, but after the second it was outstanding so I am making it a point to share. My first stay, I got to my room with takeout but realized I'd forgotten silverware and she brought it up to my room without me having to ask, too kind! My second stay, it snowed a lot and being from FL, I had no idea how to get my car out to get to the airport. Without me having to ask, they dug it out, scraped it off, warmed it up and brought it to lobby doors. The female staff member (morning of 2/19) was so genuinely kind as she advised me on safety tips for driving to airport - it warmed my heart so much! They didn't have to do it, nor did I expect them to take that on at 6am, but it was truly so meaningful to me.

I have been diamond status with Hilton for well over a decade and stayed at a variety of Hilton properties. Honestly, this is one of my favorites. Hampton Inns are pretty basic. Some have been pretty bad -- but the Eden Prairie Hampton is absolutely one of my favorites. It is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The rooms (and beds) are comfortable. The lobby and eating area are very functional. The staff has always been helpful. The price is very fair. Highly recommended.

As a woman you may not feel safe here. ||I had a terrible experience at this hotel, an issue that even Hilton Corporate Guest Assistance ignored after I called to file a complaint following check-in. I had booked the Hampton Inn in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, for a corporate event with my clients over the weekend, resulting in a total of 28 reserved nights. Because it was my event, I had no option to stay elsewhere.||That morning, I experienced a traumatic emergency and arrived at the hotel earlier than planned. At the front desk, I was met by a woman named Mary, whose response was shockingly rude and lacking in empathy. She completely stripped me of my dignity as I stood there sobbing. I explained that I had clients in the hotel at that moment and begged her to help me so they wouldn’t see m
