Extended Stay America Suites- Minneapolis - Eden Prairie - Technology Drive

I have stayed at Extended Stay several times in the past, and enjoy the benefits of having a fundamental kitchen in the room. I made reservations through their web site, at a rate that was $20-$30 less than neighboring hotels. I was looking forward to being able to make a fresh pot of coffee, late night snack, and warm breakfast in the comfort of my room.||NONE of that was possible with the current state of the Eden Prairie property. It started at the front door when their handicapped door opener didn't work. At the desk, there was a sign saying the attendant would be back in a few minutes. I waited about five-minutes, and then decided to go to my car to get my suitcase. I waited another 5-minutes, then called out. After 15-minutes (provable via their video recording of the front desk) the

Positive: The front desk staff. Only positive experience about this stay. She was so kind, polite, understanding, and responsive. Negative: My room was NOT clean. Fake finger nails on the floor, random pills all over the floor, front of the toilet was covered in god knows what, food dried on the kitchen floor, stained carpet. I honestly feel terrible for people that this is their only option

This hotel has been nice to stay in. The location is great because everything you need is only a couple minutes down the road. Staff is very pleasant and always makes you feel welcomed. The rooms are a decent size and clean. Overall it has been a really good experience.

it was an enjoyable stay, clean rooms the lady who works mon through fri is a joy to work wiith.. also the weekend staff is awesome too.. the hotel quiet at night, breakfast is filling... nice enviorment is great.. you can wash and dry your clothes the dryer dries all your clothes.... you dont smell smoke of any kind.. it was a joy to stay with extended stay of america in eden prairie... i would refer a friend and family and yes i would stays there again... two thumbs up and five stars...

My family and I have stayed here on and off for years and I’ve dealt with many different managers. My husband, daughter and I stayed here recently after not coming for a while due to hearing bad things and wow. The current manager is so incompetent. She’s so extremely rude and unprofessional. I expect better things from this location. I like that it’s convenient to access so many things. I don’t like that the breakfast is in such a dirty area. The guests here are constantly yelled at by the manager and then she tries to get you to do a fake survey and if you don’t, she’ll become rude and threatens to not extend you or kick you out. I expect better. This should be run like a professional establishment. I won’t be staying here due anymore to the manager. This was one of the better ESAs but n
