Positive: Staff and location Negative: Renovation needed in rooms. Broken mirror, hole in wall, stained chair, baseboard in bathroom coming off, shower floor not clean

Such a comfortable, well maintained property. The front desk clerk was friendly and tried to be helpful. We enjoyed amenities such as an extensive fitness Center and a very attractive and refreshing pool. The only downsides were that they briefly close the pool which is indoor due to an electrical storm outdoors, making little sense, and the beds were simply too soft which affected my wife's back. But everything else was attractive and pleasing. I especially appreciate it the lack of eco consciousness with the inevitable guilt induction over using a towel or hot water.

This hotel is undergoing some refresh work and I was fortunate to get a new room. All I can say is, the best just got better! This hotel is (and always has been) the platinum standard for clean. No scuzz anywhere. Now it's clean with new carpet and wall paper! I stay in a lot of hotels and this is my favorite. I highly recommend.

We stopped here on a road trip and Myndi took incredible care of us. We were exhausted with a little one and she made us feel right at home, even going the extra mile to accommodate a small concern we had with our baby. She even placed us in a room that had vacancies on other sides so as not to disrupt other guests. Will be stopping here again. Thank you Myndi!!

I have a great stay. Amazing customer service staff. Breakfast was nice too with plenty of seat area. Management was highly professional. Great amenities Indoor pool, gym, on site laundry and electric vehicles charging station although Tesla destination chargers were out of service so we had to use universal ones. Location was pretty good.
