Hampton Inn Black Mountain

We absolutely loved this hotel!!! The staff the comfort the quiet the breakfast the pool … just loved everything about this stay !!!! Hard to believe they had so much flooding back in sept with the storm … they did an amazing job renovating the first floor. Loved the staff that work here… just so sweet and kind. I won’t stay anywhere else if I’m back in black mountain. Thank you and blessings to you all ❤️

Stayed in a different Hampton Inn the night before and thought that one was good. Wow, was I wrong. This one was one of the best and cleanest hotels we have stayed in. All bottles (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were fully stocked. The bathroom and bedrooms were spotless. My only complaint is the carpet in our room is definitely old and probably time to take it out or get new. But overall, everything was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. They even gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The indoor pool is heated and was the perfect temperature for little kids. Also, very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone! Will stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Black Mountain, NC. The gentleman at the front desk with the white glasses was so pleasant and thoughtful at check-in. We arrived in the evening, and coming in from the cold to such a warm, friendly reception set the tone for our whole visit. The hotel was very clean in every area we saw: the lobby, hallways, elevator, and especially our room. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. We slept in and came down around 9:25AM, and all of the breakfast items were still fully stocked and ready for us to enjoy. At many hotels, if you arrive 30–40 minutes before breakfast ends, options can be limited, but that was definitely not the case here. If you are visiting Montreat or Montreat College, this is the be

What a great location, not only are you within walking distance to downtown but also the highway. Our room was clean, had sound machine and breakfast was great. The staff were courteous and patient. This Hampton is a hidden gem and we will be back.

Rooms are comfortable and very roomier. 5 star for cleanliness and service for staff has been quite helpful. Breakfast offers wide variety. This will be my hotel for all future stays in the area.
