Hampton Inn Baltimore/White Marsh

It was okay. Priced a little high for the quality though. My husband and I just wanted a night away from the kids and a nice breakfast. Breakfast was not as great as it looked. The sausage was hard as a rock and the eggs were cold. Waffles were good though and I liked that they had toppings for them ! The king size bed was comfortable but they did not have extra pillows and on a giant bed had four tiny ones. The tub was old looking and not very inviting for the bath a was planning to take, so I skipped it. Basically we thought we were splurging from our usual spot for a little extra nice and it really wasn't anything extra. Could've spent 1/2 the price for the same thing.

We booked two rooms for two day and selected the room we wanted on the app. When we arrived, we were given different rooms. Whjy did the app allow the room reservation to unavailable rooms? Time wasted. It was a difficult check in process. When we discovered that the rooms were not to our liking, we were eventually given adjoining rooms. To get the luggage cart, we had to leave ID to insure a return.Never had this happen before. This inconvenience meant our license was vulnerable to be copied. I don't need a data breach and it was disrespectful. One of the door locks did not work properly. A guest advised us how to jiggle it. In one of the rooms, the bathroom door handle did not operate properly and so the occupant did not want to close it all the way to avoid being stuck. The TV in one o

Positive: I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been exceptional. The cleanliness, staff, location has been outstanding. This stay has greatly diminished my opinion. Negative: RAT in my room (129)

I booked a room here. Got put in a handicap room sunken in bed as if ot was a 30 yr old mattress from Motel6. Also the bed was extremely tiny, not even a queen size. Got charged for a room then when asked to switch to a better room they said they couldn't do it and if I extended my stay to get a new room I would have to pay another $150 security deposit. I will never EVER NEVER EVER come back here again. This place over charge, beds are totally uncomfortable and their customer service is ridiculous. Stay clear of this facility. Go over to the Hilton Garden Inn for better comfort not here. I am beyond pissed off

Just a bizarre experience overall. Room was in poor condition, dents and dings and scratches on the wall. The AC/heat didnt really work no matter what it was set at. The bathroom had no working ventilation so would get super steamy. There was breakfast but it was pretty low-end. Front desk was nice but they were out of things like spare toothbrushes. They were doing renovations even during a busy weekend. And when we checked out we noticed they charged us a parking fee despite not even asking if we had a car. We stayed here years ago and it was far better, they said there may be new ownership or something. Oh, and another couple we were traveling with got checked out of their room a day early because they couldn't answer their cell phone when the hotel called. Their reservation clearly sho
