Half Moon Bay Lodge

The room was adequate. We stayed in a Deluxe King with fireplace. Unlike in the online photos, the fireplace was next to the dresser and half the room was empty space. A table would have been nice. ||The shower had very little water pressure, but was at least hot. ||The bed was comfy and the breakfast was very good. ||But I wouldn't stay again. There are other places (Sea Harbor Inn, for example) that are just as comfy for a lot less.

Positive: It is very comfortable and has a good outdoor space. It is very close to the ocean Negative: The only thing I don't like is that the towels felt super sticky. When towels are out over the toilet and especially in a humid place I am not really comfortable using them. If they are folded then i am sure they are not replaced between guests.

We had a great stay, comfy beds, clean, on the first floor with a lanai. Room temperature was a little warm and could not find a thermostat to adjust. The next night we turned on the fan. We’ll bring the dog next time as the hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast was more than expected. It was nice to have a community room to play games with our friends.

This place is a wonderful accommodation. Clean room and bathroom. Nice grounds. Good continental breakfast. Pool/fire tables/hot tub/outdoor area in general are very nice. Hot tub is actually hot like it should be. Great prices for the area even on a holiday weekend. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

This is a gem and love the fact they are dog friendly. We stay here offer but this was first time staying with our fur baby Dino. Plenty of open areas for dogs to have potty breaks and plenty of dogs to have social time. The room was clean and the staff were exceptional. Love the fact breakfast is included with your stay as it allows for a nice relaxing morning on property. We will definitely be back soon!
