Aristocrat Hotel, BW Signature Collection

the aristocrat was beautiful from outside and throughout the property including rooms. Location was just off the Hwy and literally so close to the beach. My partner and I stayed one night as we were taking a trip up the coast of Cali. Check-in was seamless, pricing seemed to be fair. we stayed in room 218, very clean upon first check-in. toilet seat cover needed to be replaced (had scratches) but overall exactly what we needed. Upon pulling the sheets back when crawling into bed we realized there was a few orange stains directly in the center of the bed. This hotel is very clean and updated. But there were also a few pain in the butt things about it. For starters, no pool or hot tub. The television is 100% Internet reliant. That kept going out randomly. Lids didn't fit the coffee cups. Just random little annoying things. But I will say, they had the best Continental fake scrambled eggs I've ever had. The sausage was good too. All in all, this place was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. I would stay here again. I'm just being nit picky, I think.

Rooms were great, stocked with Starbucks and Peet's coffee! However the shower handle was a bit wonky had to almost turn water off to get hot water (maybe our room was a one off). Service was good, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was underwhelming for a place named "Aristocrat" however it was free to be fair and rooms were priced reasonably. Location was okay, RV travel campground out the window however windows close easily for privacy. Downtown was dead, I'd recommend going to Princeton fishing boat area for dining instead of downtown. Downtown being dead is of course not the hotels fault but more just half moon bay as a town.

The hotel and it's rooms are nice. It's a modern place that's on the fancier side and has a decent amount of space with a specifically accessible room which is great for me. The breakfast is also fine. There are a decent amount of options that taste good. But there are a lot of problems with the accessible shower. Too many to cover but for anyone that needs it it does work, it's just badly designed in many ways so it barely works. There's also problems getting into the room because you enter a number into a touch pad to unlock the door instead of using a card and there's a lot of problems with that. Like it messes up all the time and you enter the code in many times, or it has to be reset cause it's not working properly, or it doesn't work at all. The staff are nice and helpful but they'r
