Guest Suites at HSS

The people here are wonderful and very helpful, but the room (a spacious studio) was dirty, especially in the corners. When I lifted up the toilet after removing the sanitary strip there was a piece of gum stuck on the toilet inside. I also am unsure as to why the bathtub/shower is not a walk in. It is a regular tub, which would not work for a lot of people after surgery if they have to have leg/foot/ankle surgery, like I do. I have to have to be non -weight bearing for 3 months. While the people are great, there is no delivery to your room if you order from DoorDash, a grocery store etc - you must go to the front desk for a pick up. The restaurant on the first floor also will not deliver. I went to scout it out as my surgery is not yet scheduled but as I am by myself, I don't think this p

I stayed at the hotel the night before my hip replacement surgery. My mobility was extremely compromised. I was very grateful for the proximity to the surgery of the hotel, which was invaluable. My main issue is that the bed was too high. I had to somehow hoist myself up, which was painful. When I spoke to someone else whose mother had stayed there some years back, she remembered that the bed had been an issue for her mom as well. The room was very clean and well adapted for anyone accompanying someone to the hospital. These are really suites and there is a nice kitchenette where one can easily cook, as well as enough room to be able to spread out and even work. For me, with compromised mobility, I was surprised that a room in a hospital was not adapted, sufficiently for me to be comf

Great place to stay if you need to be at the hospital special surgery it’s part of their group. All the guys in security were great. I had to stay late hours and around the clock for my wife and they were always very helpful.

Close by HSS and wonderfully kept for family of patients.
