This hotel is clean, classy and affordable. It feels safe, is easy to access off the interstate and has all advertised amenities in good working order. Raj provided excellent customer service, listened to my needs and went above and beyond to make the stay a great one! Looking forward to coming again when staying in Lake City, FL.

When I arrived to check in, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist Raj. He was professional and really nice. The rented room was clean and the beds weee comfortable. Guest Inn is very quiet and around a lot of businesses. I liked my stay and will be booking again.

I was looking for an affordable place to sleep Monday-Friday while working remotely, and this place is by far the best choice in Lake City and the surrounding area. The rooms far exceed expectations in terms of cleanliness, size, and functionality. Raj at the front desk is very professional, kind, and eager to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend the Guest Inn for your next local booking!

The WORST motel I have ever stayed at! From the $125 accidental charge they don’t tell you about, the roaches the uneven floors nasty beds and pillows! The bad customer service when you ask questions or have a complaint! Had to changed rooms twice because of no shower heads or dirty sheets on the bed! Killed about 20 roaches! They wouldn’t give me money back! It was a complete disaster! I will never stay there again! The pictures online are a lie and this place needs to be shut down
