You get what you pay for. The location. Close to stores and restaurants. Quite area. No internet.! That smell.! Roaches.! No consistent working shower knobs/heads. I’ve stayed 4 nights in 5-6 rooms. 1st night - bed was broke in half (visually you can tell it was worn in, you could hear the wood cracking when you sat/laid on it). My fience & I didn’t change rooms. 2nd night & 3rd - Roaches in the fridge.!! Immediate room change request. When I mentioned that there was an issue with the shower, literally the water wasn’t getting hot because the knob was broke. So every time you turn it to hot it’ll get cold or cut off completely. Instead of relocating to another room like I asked the gentleman man insisted that I “play with the knob until it got hot”. He does come to try to adjust it himself

The place has potential. Great location and my room was large, clean, and quiet. In addition to a bedroom, my room had a nice living area and full kitchen. || Unfortunately, what would have been a happy experience was ruined by their OBSESSION with rules and threats to kick you out without refund. |||| I literally asked for a room, they told me the price, and I pay. The dialogue with staff was upbeat and positive until the moment I swiped my card and it approved. At that point, she immediately begin to lecture me about the rules and threatened to kick me out without a refund for "violations". NASTIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN!! I was truly mortified by the smell of the hallways, and thought the rooms can’t possibly be worse than this! Wrong, they were worse! Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere! You’d truly be better off sleeping in a tent on the side walk than staying in this place! My husband booked this on booking.com, and what a mistake we made! The pictures on there do not depict the accuracy of this place! So beware! Hallway/stairs to upstairs smelt awful, and the instance door does not lock. Hallways up stairs smelt so terrible we had to cover our nose. Rooms smelt awful. Powdered substance all over the floors. Nasty spots on bedding and looked as if they had not been cleaned. Towels dingy and nasty. Used bar soap in the bottom of shower. No shower curtain. Hair and gun

Worst. Hotel. Ever. The only reason i gave 2 stars for service is the lady was nice. The guy was rude and condescending. When asked about getting the garbage out of the room, he said there is a green dumpster, then proceeded to draw a square for my husband and said DUMP STER. Keep in mind, we had a kitchen. There was one tiny trash can in the bathroom. The rooms are not as nice as depicted in the pictures. They need painted, fixed, and updated. Towels are old, worn, and stained. We had a kitchen. There were absolutely no supplies in the kitchen. My husband couldn't walk outside without a shirt, yet people can hang out by the entrances smoking. We were told the rules "for security" when we checked in. The doors for the upper floor didn't close and were never locked. Smoke alarm

I'm so pissed off this hotel is infested with roaches roaches crawled all over me and my daughter while we were sleeping.. You can't go outside you have to stay in your room at all time the smell of mold and mildew is overwhelming the beds are old with blood & urain stains bed bugs and the staff watch your every move I was told if you stand outside outside you will be asked to leave..and it's non refunable I felt like I was in some kinda prison..horrible horrible horrible I will be calling the health department this hotel need to be inspected & taking off of all booking apps ..😡😡😡😡😡😡
