A fantastic stay at Greenview Hotel! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and all amenities were perfect for a short stay. Exceptional value for money — hard to find anything comparable in such a prime South Beach location. A special shoutout to receptionist Isabelle, who was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful — a true one-stop solution, always prompt and full of great local recommendations. We had a truly lovely experience and highly recommend Greenview Hotel to anyone visiting Miami!

Worst stay ever in Miami Beach. The pool is literally outside a restaurant, the rooms are filthy, and the whole place feels straight out of American Horror Story. If you’re thinking of staying here—don’t.

Positive: This hotel was conveniently located to our meetings and the Hotel & Design Tradeshow that we attended. The room was quaint with the amenities needed for just the one night we were there. The gentlemen at the Hotel Front Desk were amazing! Negative: The floor in our room was grimy so I wore my flip flops once out of bed. The room was a little small, dated and needed a wee bit of deferred maintenance.

I stayed here one night and I cannot recommend this place: * You receive a code to enter the main door and your room. It worked at first but didn't work after midnight. Luckily there was an employee at the lobby who got me inside. Being locked out of your room is not fun. * The room was really small. The size of the bathroom sink was probably smaller than an iPad. * There was some music playing until morning. * The road was laud. I was hoping it would be away from the main drag a bit but it wasn't.

The front desk, Guadalupe was the best. She didn’t hesitate to help us find activities, guide us along the beach and downtown, she recommend really good restaurants and everything we needed during our stay. If you go to this hotel, hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to meet her😄😄
