GreenTree Hotel & Extended Stay I-10 FWY: Houston, Channelview, Baytown

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional…everyone was incredibly kind, from the front desk to every staff member I encountered during my stay. You can really feel the warmth and professionalism in the way they treat guests. The nights are peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to truly rest and disconnect. It's the kind of calm that lets you recharge both physically and mentally. There's also a lovely bar area that creates a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I went there with my friends last night, played some pool, and had an amazing time — it's the perfect spot to unwind and have fun without leaving the hotel. Everything was nicer than expected during my 7-day stay here. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the Manager, Mr. Mike Lian was always pleasant and went out of his way to greet his guests and make sure if there was anything we needed, we could contact him at any time. The King bed room was clean and kept nice. The grounds were well cared for as well and staff were out sweeping/cleaning every day. I thought this was just going to be another standard roadside hotel/motel so my expectations weren't very high, but overall, it was a very nice stay and breath of fresh air in comparison to others i've stayed at. I'd say great value for price! I will definitely stay here again when i come through the area next time.

Positive: Best free breakfast for the price range, the refurbished rooms are excellent, and the manager is the best. Negative: It is a little far from my destinations, but it may be close to yours.

This is hands down one of the best places I have stayed! Rooms very spacious and very clean and well kept- super private and great security on property at night. The staff and management helped with no hesitation any accommodations we needed in addition to our stay . And for the price you are getting a bargain ! I’ve paid more at places that are trash ! I recommend anyone looking to stay here definitely do! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing stay from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, high quality, and very comfortable. The customer service was outstanding everyone was friendly and attentive. The owner was especially accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this is my second time staying there and will definitely be my go to whenever I’m in town.
