GreenPoint Hotel Kissimmee

Our room was clean and easy to find. The hotel is located by a chinese buffet two buildings over, a Dollar Tree, Aldi and much more. Everything is in walking distance and there is a shuttle bus that comes on property. The pool stays open late to about 10pm and you can sit outside on the patio with umbrella tables. We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed our visit to Florida.

I don't know if this is a hotel or a condo or what. We were provided with a room through Airbnb and the room and pincode got us into an occupied room. Found a review later on that this happened previously. If you care about your safety I wouldn't recommend this place since someone is clearly doing something they aren't supposed to.

This hotel changed it name to Legacy Grand Condo and has different people managing it. We had to buy towels and toilet paper. Rooms are very dirty and has ants. Beds have bed bugs and there is no breakfast or gym. They only speak Spanish. No English. This is not a condo. Its a hotel. False Advertisement.

This hotel is so bad. Bad smell make my nose allergy and cover sheet make my back rash. The water was not clean, every time we use toilet and bad smell coming.The dirty still under the bed and host insist that it is stain. That is lie. My family can’t really sleep first night. I ask to get partial refund but the host Audy Stephany refuse it and have to ask airbnb to assist the host never reply back. And still charge me 500 dollar as five days. That is BS hotel and host.
