Green Palms Extended Stay

Price is great. Very affordable, lady at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Rooms are nicely done with everything of need of an average hotel. Despite some of any negative reviews. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here a while back and they gave me a room with a broken TV and then after I checked out they charged me $100 for the broken TV. After I called them up, they said there was nothing they could do. Definitely check out the room for anything broken and get a timestamped photo. The staff probably never fixes these things just to pocket the $100.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are very old and out dated but if you are coming in and and out of Kissimmee the amount of money you pay is justified. I didn’t know how it would be but now I know and I would not go back I failed to take a picture before I left of the mattress which looked like a crime scene. But if your budget is low this is the place for you. This doesn’t allow me to post my pictures to show you the proof of the conditions
