Great Wolf Lodge | Arizona

From the time you enter to the time you leave every individual tries to make your stay pleasant. The water and facilities was kept immaculate. Prices of food at the restaurants or snacks was much the same as elsewhere. They tried to let you enter your room early so we got in our room at 1 PM instead of four, and immediately were allowed to enjoy the pool wave pool, waterslides, lazy river ride, etc. kids and adults all enjoy no matter what the age. The kids love the bunk bedroom. Bedding, bathroom floors, walls, etc. are all kept clean and well kept. This is our fourth time there. Kids enjoy the dance party for 45 minutes of epic fun with Dance coach appropriate music, summon in pajamas at 8:45 at night some dressed up just loads of crazy fun.

Was a great weekend getaway. Weather made it perfect for the outdoor pool (leaving wisconsin in January to go to the upper 70s). Staff was great. Prices on everything was as expected at a pool hotel. Had an overnight issue that caused an evacuation, there was no questions asked on a room refund for the night. The places was definitely designed for kids to enjoy themselves and thats exactly what happened on a daily basis. Definitely would stay there again if I were to return to the area!

I will start with the positives of our families experience. This was our first time visiting Great Wolf Lodge. My kids really enjoyed the trip overall. The indoor waterpark was a lot of fun, actually was the best part. The free events and activities were nice. The activities would have been a better experience if not so many adults/parents overtook the activities taking spots from the actual children. Example: morning yoga, parents took mats leaving other children without a space to participate. Another example, the dance party, parents again taking entirely too much space leaving kids fighting to get into the area to participate. I found that to be very frustrating and inconsiderate. The event area just wasn’t big enough considering so many families will of course want to participate. T

Very fun place.. I will say though the staff at the steak restaurant were not very accommodating, they made me feel very uncomfortable and I nearly had to beg to sit at the table where my daughter and family could view the dance floor. I had to explain that It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to eat and then go on to dance.. I explained I wanted to watch her and the dance show while my family and I ate. After many eye rolls from the two host they finally allowed us to sit somewhere that worked for us, it was a very ugly feeling the way host staff made us feel. I will say even though one of the host went and complained about us to other staff, the server was still very kind and friendly.
