Grayson Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

The Grayson Hotel is an upscale hotel which is in the heart of NYC but far away from the hustle and bustle. We could walk everywhere which was great. ||The hotel is very nicely decorated and we were upgraded at check-in which was much appreciated. Our rooms were clean and had a lovely modern decor. Although, the rooms did not have a refrigerator or coffee maker - these were provided for us when we asked in advance of our stay. The AC was very good and individually controlled also. The breakfast could could have been better with more choices although the eggs and bacon were nice.||The only critique is that you could hear your neighbors as the rooms were not well soundproofed. ||Overall though the hotel is in a fantastic location and good value for money.

I found my new NYC hotel! The location is amazing as you can walk to so many key areas, like the New York Public Library and Bryant Park. The room is beautiful. Nice bathroom and shower. Super clean. The staff is kind and accomodating. Cool decor throughout. But the rooftop bar/restaurant was the best! Incredible views, drinks and food. I will be back Grayson Hotel!

Stayed here for a staycation/anniversary and the service was great. Front desk (Manny) helped upgrade our room from city to empire view and the room was very spacious for New York standards. They threw in a $50 dining credit as courtesy which was greatly appreciated. Only con (reason for 4/5 stars) was that our room was right outside the elevator and the elevator makes a loud whizzing sound that you can hear very clearly inside the room (along with housekeeping team/other guests chatting in the hallway). Would stay here again but would recommend requesting a room as far away from the elevator as possible. Overall a good option that is centrally located, new and reasonably priced.

Positive: Great location, super close to everything. The room was very clean and quiet for sleeping. Our flight was delayed, and the staff at the front desk were able to secure a room for us despite being almost fully booked because of the July 4th weekend. Negative: The bathroom lighting was quite dim, but it wouldn't deter me from staying here again.

I stayed at the Greyson Hotel because I needed a place to stay due to an emergency situation. I walked in around 8 am and was warmly greeted by the staff. I was able to get a great price on the room and it was available within a half hour. While I waited for the room I sat at the restaurant and had some breakfast to pass the time. They had gluten free options which was perfect for me. The food was very good and so was the service. Jasmine at the front desk came to the restaurant with my room key and I was all set. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and great pillows. It's also in a very convenient location. I needed clothes and toiletries because I had nothing with me. There are a ton of stores within walking distance. My experience was a 5 out of
