So super accommodating to us in a pinch and flexible hosts. Can't thank them enough for hosting us and our doggos. This place is so gorgeous. It's RIGHT on the lake and it's beautiful. The sunsets, the sunrises, the geese and the water are all amazing. Fishing and boating and Curtis is just down the road with a dollar general, hardware store and restaurants. Our stay was out of necessity to find a place to live while we waited for our home purchase to close, but I would definitely stay here for a vacation any time!
Great resort! Excellent spot on a beautiful lake, clean and comfortable cabin for a family of six including two teenagers. Convenient location to explore the UP. Absolutely will be back! Traveler's tip: take towels and extra pillows. Space bags are great! They have towel sets you can rent for an additional cost, but pillows are a little scarce. This did not take anything from our vacation, however. Great place, great cabin, great owner and caretakers make this resort 100% worth trying for a UP vacation .
