Grand Marquis Waterpark Hotel & Suites

We had a lovely stay at the Grand Marquis Hotel as a family. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything felt well taken care of. The pools are very kid-friendly, which made it perfect for our children to enjoy. Can't wait to come back!

Nothing was really bad, it’s just not a 5 star hotel. The indoor pools were perfect for our 4 year old. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even when our key cards would stop working. The rooms are outdated but mostly clean. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding definitely needs an update. Overall, it was convenient and fine for the price.

Positive: Very very clean, staff was incredible, especially the cleaning staff, very friendly and helpful. Negative: The ONLY thing that made this not a full 10 trip was that both the website and the agent I spoke on the phone with said our stay included passes to Mt Olympus as well as the on site water park only to be told upon arrival that it?s only a summer offer sad

location is good. There was enough water activity to keep kids busy. The beds are hard. The pillows are flat. The rooms are very stuffy when you walk into them, heat was cranked up. They also had a very musty odor. Rooms need some updating. the towels in the bathroom are child sized and very thin.

I would not recommend this hotel. Our room was not clean, there were other people's hairs on the blankets, blood stains on the bedclothes. The towels looked dirty as if they had been used. Dust hangs above the bed on the ceiling. The old lady who works at the reception is rude.
