Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead

This recently renovated hotel is exceptional! The staff is kind, helpful and welcoming. I can't wait to return. If you are looking for an awesome hotel in a great location, this should be your pick. The lobby was beautiful, the valet is incredibly friendly and prompt and the food was great. We cannot wait to return for another long weekend!

The recent remodel is well done, though you can still notice a fresh paint smell in the hallways. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, we especially loved the Japanese-style toilets. The car service was a nice bonus and made getting around easy, so we didn’t need to take our car out of valet ($62/night). Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location.

Not our first time to stay. Enjoyed every trip. We stayed in the President suit this time. Unbelievable! Service was over the top as always. Especially 2 employees. Klara in the lobby bar is amazing. We've met her a few times now. Great service and treats us like family. And Sufian out front. We show up and he meets you at the car door, grabs your luggage, asks do you need the house car for dinner, and helps in every way he can. He is over the top professional!!! This man is one of the best I've ever dealt with. The hotel is great all the way around. We'll be back soon.

We had to go to Atlanta last minute to help my mom with a medical issue. We always like to have a lot of space when we travel and the 1100+ square foot suite was both beautiful, clean and extremely well priced! Overall, the service and location were excellent! However, there was no mini bar in our luxury suite. It had a full-size refrigerator, but there was nothing in it and no food or drink in the suite at all. However, there was a sundry bar called The Market in the lobby that was open 24 hours and the beautiful boy that worked there was just absolutely spectacular. I literally love him! He wouldn’t let me take his photo, but I have a photo of his name tag… his name is Sutton 💖💖💖So I having that kind of made up for not having a mini bar. Phenomenal service at newly renovated Grand Hyatt. Very nice Club open 24/7. Globalist upgraded from standard suite to The Peach Suite two bedroom 2.5 bath suite with huge living spaces. Shout out to Noor the waiter at breakfast - wonderful service. And to check in - so welcoming and helpful.
