Gran Mansion Hotel

The carpets are stained very badly, no bedbugs in this room. Mattress was decent. Pillows are flat. Phone doesn't work. Towels are black and smell not clean, like no soap was used. A/C working very well all night. Small loveseat stained badly. Overall was doable. Plumbing worked good. Toilet was clean. Shower never got cold. I had a good long hot shower. But the towels smelled funny when drying off. No blow dryer. No coffee pot. But the bed was clean and no loud noises. We slept good. I wouldn't bring my kids with me here. If they cleaned the carpets and furniture and gave me clean white towels, I would have given 4 stars. No roaches, and I was looking for them because of other reviews. So maybe there working on getting better . . I might stay here again, but bring my own towels a

Good value for comfortable bed, shower with 2 shower heads, fridge and microwave. No amenities, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, tissues. No coffee pot!! Using single bulbs in multi bulb fixtures, no smoke alarms, sticky carpet could use a deep cleaning. Vending machine empty but ice machine worked. Staff was pleasant but didn't warn channels 78-80 free hard core porn. Had a channel surfing 13yr old with me. Is in a nice safe location I didn't find with any other hotels close by. Big Daddys next door serves good breakfast/lunch/dinner. Pizza Hut across street. Pool looked clean but no chairs or tables at this time. Would stay again but be prepared next time.

Feb 2023 i recomended this hotel for me and my wife to stay for our visit. However the room had drug paraphenilia and dangerous objects. When i tried to make the manager aware of the situation she was very rude. My wife then spoke to her and the manager offered another night half off price. We went to the island to rent instead. Do not ever take your kids to these types of high risk places.

The room looked very old. The bed sheets comforters were outdated looked old,old. My kids got rashes. Lots of small roaches. The shower tub would flood. Only 2 black discolored bath towels,one hand towel and no washcloths. Shower head old with mold.The restroom doorknob was broken had to yank it to open the door.Roaches on the sink counter. Very disappointed, and the price was high for that kind of room. Never will I stay there again.

OMG! Booked this place on a travel website. The pictures and reviews were not what we expecienced. We prepaid but I was ready to just forget about the money we paid and go someplace else. The room was gross. The sheets were bad bleach yellow. The floral bed spreed made me itch. The towels were pink and the didn't have face towels. You only recieved the bath towel. They had hand soap dispensers in the shower. No privacy. The curtain would not stay closed with the AC on. The fridge was in the closet. There was trash stacked up by the stairs. The peep hole on the door had tissue in it and paper taped over it. 2 days went by before we got any housekeeping services. We tried calling the front desk and the guy hung up on us twice. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Spend an extra $10 and go somepl
