Loved the vibe at this spot! The hotel is super colorful and vibrant, and the rooms were perfectly clean. The staff were also really friendly and polite the whole time. ​A major win is the free underground parking. You just scan a QR code and you're set. Just a heads up that there’s no free breakfast, so expect to pay if you want to eat on-site. Only issue I had here was the shower - the shower pressure was low and turned cold on me halfway. Aside from that, a great stay!

This hotel perfectly melds the comforts of a trusted chain, with the unique appeal of a boutique hotel. It was truly an incredible stay from start to finish. If you travel with kids, they had a free little stuffy waiting at the front desk, and of course there's a lot to look at and places to explore within the hotel from vintage cars, to a Fiona the Hippo statue, lots of neon lights, giant pencils, a basketball net, and plenty more. ||The food on site is fantastic, the service was fabulous, and the room was filled with unique design features, and plenty of local Cincinnati appeal. Even your room keys are adorned with Cincinnati celebrities as if it were their "Graduate" student card. I had a great stay at the Graduate Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Angie, the manager, was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was very convenient for working at the VA, which made everything easy and stress free. I really appreciated the professionalism and hospitality and I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

I stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Cincinnati from October 16–18, and the experience fell far below expectations. Upon check-in around 5:00 PM, the room was not clean. There was trash in the restroom, trash on the floor, and trash left inside the in-room refrigerator. Because we were attending a concert that evening, we had no time to wait for the issue to be addressed and had to leave immediately after changing. When I reported the issue the following morning, I was told housekeeping had not serviced the room due to a sign on the door. Regardless, the room should never have been in that condition upon arrival. In addition to cleanliness concerns, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was very loud both nights, making it difficult to rest. I attempted to resolve this directl
