Golden Arrow Motel

We like the room, it's clean and spacious, and we love the price. We wish there was a blackout curtain to darken the room, the parking lot lights are bright and always on (safe!). The AC works great. Only regret is not checking in earlier to cool the room down before bed. Great spot though.

The rooms are clean, comfortable beds. Great prices. We got in late, the host was on site, so we only had to wait a minute to get checked in. The room was comfortable and very clean. The shower had decent water pressure. I would definitely stay again.

If you like having 1 1/4" beetles crawling on you at night then feel free to stay here. When I first walked into the room there were a lot of small dead beetles on the floor. Not a big deal. However once I got under the covers and turned off the lights a whole different kind of beetle, much larger, started crawling on me. I have since been informed that these were stag horn beetles and they were all over the bed, the pillows, the floor, the bathroom. I immediately went to the night manager and told him I could not stay there. I checked out and stayed at the Holiday Inn down the road. ||||The next day I called the motel to ask for a refund. I was told by the day manager, a woman, that she'd only partly refund my money because they'd still have to pay someone to make up the room. Fine I s

Positive: The price. Negative: They charged me for the room. I paid you and than I paid them. It may not be your fault but I now have to get my money back. It's not awesome.

First impression of the room was great. The staff is awesome! The sheets always smell amazing. By far one of the best motels we’ve stayed at so far. Short trip to Walmart.
