I’m not typically someone who leaves reviews, but The Apex genuinely deserves recognition. From the moment guests arrive, it’s clear that comfort, efficiency, and service are taken seriously. The free grab-and-go breakfast is a standout amenity—well thought out, convenient, and exactly what guests want for a smooth start to the day. It’s the kind of detail that shows attention to guest experience rather than just checking a box. Equally impressive is the staff. Friendly, professional, and consistently helpful, they set the tone for the entire property and make a noticeable difference in the overall experience. The Apex delivers a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay with thoughtful touches throughout. Properties that run this smoothly are rare, and it shows. Highly recommended.

Just what I wanted!Few blocks away from the convention center. Trader joes is just opposite the hotel. The rooms are big. Alvaro and the reception are so friendly.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I checked in on 12/11/25 and checked out on 12/12/25. I am usually very easy going when it comes to hotels, do not complaint on small things. Here are the issues I faced at this location. 1) I stayed in room #205. It was a single bed, full sized. I have never seen a bed which is that small of a size when there is only 1 bed in the room. It is always king. The website images of the bed are deceptive. 2) No phone in the room. How do you contact front desk? 3) I had called in very advance to make front desk aware that I will be checking in around 2:00 a.m. in the morning and asked what will be parking situation? I was told that this hotel has a valet parking. Surely, when I arrived, I had to park in a public garage with paying $40. 4) The fire

This hotel’s high rating is very misleading. They offer $25 cashback for 5-star reviews, which explains a lot — I refused it because I prefer to be honest. There is no park at all, parking costs $55 per night, and the so-called “breakfast” is not a breakfast — just bananas, cereal, and packaged snacks at reception. I have VIP access via Hotels.com, which clearly includes two beverages, and I was frustrated to receive only two very small bottles of water. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable, but that alone doesn’t justify the price or the rating
