When I walked into the room I got hit with the smell of wet dog. Its my own fault that I didnt ask for a different room I was exhausted from driving for hours. The smell didnt go away. While I was in the bathroom I noted short black hairs everywhere I'm assuming from a dog which means either the room wasnt cleaned very well if at all. The chair had something all over it. Tv has an option to connect to your phone i thought that was cool but you cant use the cable remote so you cant even connect to it. The one thing I can say was the staff was really friendly. Overall disappointing
minutes ago on Google|Booked on Expedia, when we arrived and looked at the room there was no possible way we could stay there. The room was tiny looked looked nothing like the picture. It was dirty, the floor was all broken, smelled like urine the faucets were leaking and there were druggies hanging out. Felt unsafe. When ask if there was another room the desk clerk said only one other at twice the price he said we were liable to pay for the first night even if we didn't stay. So I went back the next morning and verified they had rented that room.|So there was no way I should be charged.|It took three days to resolve the matter with Expedia and not really sure it is as of yet|All I can say is boo on Expedia and others who would even endorse a dump like this.
Positive: Literally nothing. Negative: It’s rated 3 stars, I believe it should have been 0.3 stars. The state is housing homeless there. It felt unsafe, there’s no AC, it’s loud, any time a semi passed you can feel the building shake. Many of the other tenants made me very uncomfortable.
It's a little dated and getting in and out from the highways is a little challenging at times. The room was small but it was clean and you can tell it had been updated. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was a simple grab and go. From reading some of the reviews I wouldn't pay $150, but my experience was consistent with a small independent cheap hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, excellent customer service, and a great location, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.
