Gator RV Park

I love this place. I have a tiny house right on the water of the rim canal and it's beautiful. The people and the management are friendly.

What's up with their website? All sorts of security warnings and challenge pop ups when trying to access it on 8/2/2025. This sort of stuff almost always indicates that a website has been compromised. If someone knows the owners, you might want to give them a heads up so they can address this, because I can't be the only one that ran the other way instead of clicking through all the clutter to try and visit their website.

This is a perfect location. On the canal with a nice wide river view. Gazebos line the shore. A smaller RV park but a lot less clustered than the rest in town. Nice neighbors too. Great prices for monthly or yearly lots. Downtown is just a few miles away, with golf, a sports bar and the best breakfast diner in town.

Worst place I ever stayed at I would highly recommend NOT renting a spot from them you will have people try to breaking into your house and they won’t do nothing about it to help fix the situation and the sheriffs department won’t either I have video evidence of everything The owners does poor maintenance on the property they also have septic tank and sewer issues and the water smells like rotten eggs there’s a drug problem there, there was drugs being sold in plain view and throughout the park. Everyone was in everyone’s business and would start drama

Very quiet and peaceful, great people. Water is one of the few in the area that is drinkable straight from the tap. Scenic canal views too.
