Gator Motel

Room outdated. No heat in room. When complained about no heat the woman at the front desk said at least the room is facing the south so that the sun can warm up the room. That doesn't help a night when the temperature got in the 30s. Dirty or stained towels. Ice bucket dirty with no liner. Shower curtain moldy. Power outlets need repair/replaced. No frills motel. Get what you pay for. Not convenient to any restaurants or shops. But at least the bus stop is there.

This is the Worst Motel Anyone Could Ever visit. Our 1st night we had no heat and when the manager came he said he don't want to talk about last night it he didn't apologize for us not having no heat last night it showed no sympathy. The second night I posted a picture of the heater that was put in our room and that was totally not safe at all if you need tissue the next day they don't open the office door till 10am and oh they close the office at night around 10pm or 11pm & no one will be able to rent a room. Only advantage is that there is No Deposit and you can make payments over the phone.

Since day one bad attitude both the owner rooms dirty they say it’s clean but the towels all yellow and dirty bed dirty things broken and they tried to blame you for it bugs everywhere room smelly the guy owner trying to enter the room when I pay the room and almost hit me also he is a perver looking at my body parts and telling me to run to him so he can see my boobs bounce they complain for every little thing because they are lazy to do there job they expect you to do everything for them never again the lady the worst to deal with given me attitude knowing I’m pregnant gave me a hard time I almost end up going to the hospital

I love it! Very pretty out front with the gardens, and also very quite. We have been here 2 days now and maybe going to stay longer depending on when our apartment becomes available. The room we are in is large and was just being cleaned when we arrived. There is NO nasty smell it smells clean and fresh . I have NOT SEEN any bugs and there is very HOT HOT WATER! The Lady at the desk is very sweet and nice! She even gave me a calender and she had 3 to pick from, thought it was a nice friendly gift! The price is reasonable with all the events going on (bike week and spring break). I feel safe and comfortable there is plenty of places near by to eat at, a convenient store next door ( but not to close to disturb you) Walmart within a half mile. This is a very nice place with a welcoming atm
