Gateway to the Gulf RV Park

12/24/2025 Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the RV park not a creature was stirring except for the clubhouse mouse No stockings were were hung, but the Christmas tree shined bright While the ladies were playing HAND KNEE AND FOOT with lots of laughter and candy throughout the night Jackie in her RV and Paul parking the cart getting ready to settle for a warm Christmas night When out on the lawn they heard a big fuss, opened the door to see it was Gus The dogs were all barking while the ducks were all waddling When what to Paul's eyes should appear But another late RV arriving with no reindeer With a little old couple, so lively and quick we knew in that moment it would be Nick They whistled and shouted and called them by name Hey Judy! Hey Loyd! Hey Dick and Pat Als

It's very clean rv park. Paul, the man that runs it is very nice, very welcoming, would definitely stay there again|Bill McDonald

Best park to stay in Victoria, Texas. Clean restrooms and showers! Paul and Jackie managers are very nice 👍! Very well priced spots! Everyone who stays here is very nice, and they watch out for you 😊. It's more like a family than an RV park!!

This place is very nice. Clean restrooms, people very friendly, well kept. Very quiet even though it's by the highway, you really can't hear it. You may hear a train in the distance but nothing like it in town. Jackie and Paul are very good managers, knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly 😀.

Me and my wife stayed here for about 10 months while we were looking for a home to purchase. We had a great experience with Paul and the staff. Our lot was mowed weekly or as often as possible. Park is clean and well maintained. There is a pool and a dog park. Only thing is I would recommend having your own internet as the internet onsite can be a bit slow at times, but it’s free and works.
