The check in was smooth and quick. But there is $100 deposits refunds. Their room was nice and well maintained but it kind of feel small with variety big furniture. The bathroom is too small. I have to reach back to get toilet paper and toilet is right in between tub and sink. I really don’t think big people will feel comfortable at all. I m glad I got tv, refrigerator and microwave in a room. I use their spa and it felt so nice to get in after snow skiing. It hot and not too cool but feel just right temperature. I feel my bed wasn’t that comfortable. It more above average. I can hear people above me make loud noises in restroom. So I do wish this place has soundproof. I want to be able to sleep. I’m happy with their cost. Drive to airport was only 6 minutes and highway was close to thi

We stayed for a total of 2 nights/2 rooms each on Oct. 14th and again on Oct 16th. Check in was very slow both times. I'm not sure why it took so long, not sure if the clerk was new or what. The initial entrance to the hotel was okay. But it was walking down the long hallway to our rooms is when we started getting concerned. The appearance of the hallway alone was that of an old Super8 hotel from the 70's. Inside the rooms the appearance was better, definitely updated more recently. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs repairs: did not have hot water at all in the sink. The vanity looked like they pieced together a stand out of wood and didn't complete it. My sister was in another room and in her bathroom the shower pullout handle separated from the wall with water spraying out. O

After several days in downtown Salt Lake for a high school volleyball tournament, we checked into Garner SLC for our final night to be close to the airport. Spacious lobby area, hot breakfast included, complimentary cookies, water bottle refill station, indoor pool/spa/gym. Room was decent sized with two queens. Very clean and recently built or renovated. Friendly staff. A kind employee drove us to the airport in their free shuttle. It’s not fancy but you get lots of value for the price and a solid, quiet nice sleep.

For the price, I really have no complaints. Garner is one of IHG's budget/travel hotels and this location is updated with really clean interiors. Feels more modern than other similarly priced options (Quality/Comfort Inn/Super8) Stay includes standard free breakfast (eggs/bacon/bread/yogurt/juice etc). Also love that they have a full length body mirror (many hotels don't)! Shower pressure and water temps were great too. My only complaint is that, even with a car, this location is really far from anything except the airport (e.g. 15min from the nearest Walmart/McDonald's/shopping center.

The location of the hotel is perfect since it’s close to the airport, and it’s also a plus that they offer a free shuttle ride to and from the airport. However, the room itself has a lot of issues. First, there wasn’t enough lighting to brighten the entire room. They only had lamps, and some of them had burnt-out bulbs. The door lock couldn’t be opened from the inside, so we had to call the front desk every time to have them unlock it for us. The laundry room only had one washer and one dryer, so it was on a first-come, first-served basis. As a hotel, they should have expected more customers needing to do laundry and provided additional machines. This setup caused long waits. The TV was outdated—no Netflix or any modern features. The air conditioning also didn’t work properly; when you u
