It's maybe a 15-20 minute hike to get here if you keep walking, and don't stop from the beach, but it is sooo worth it. It has a nice panoramic view of the lake and the mountain behind you, and even has a cute little table to sit at and have a picnic or write in a journal or hang out with a friend :) To get here I would park in the fishing area parking lot, then walk up the small biking road away (not the one towards the lower parking lot) until you get to the big open paved area, then take the left and go up the trail. Go all the way up until you get to a "T" junction and continue straight through it and after that it's just a minute away. be safe and enjoy !!!
Easily one of the most beautiful hikes I've done in a long time. Pictures here is what made me motivated to become a guide and post all my past and future hiking pics for all to see.
