Best Western Hesperia-Victorville Suites

⭐ 1 Star Verified Stay: November 23, 2025 My family and I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Best Western location involving the treatment of my ADA-protected service dog, Tommie. Despite following all ADA guidelines, we were met with unnecessary questioning and resistance that made an already stressful travel day even harder for me and my family. As someone who travels cross-country with four children, a husband, and a trained service animal, I rely on hotels to follow federal law and treat guests with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I have since filed a formal ADA complaint due to the misconduct we experienced. Best Western’s corporate office has acknowledged my report and opened a case for review, which I appreciate — but the treatment at this

Great environment with attentive staff… we always have to use the indoor pool. The rooms having the a room a living room make it convenient to have some space

It was such a great stay the fact that they were ok to place us on 1st floor due to me having an Adhd autistic child . Would so recommend super clean :)

Under construction so it is a mess in the lobby and hallways. Our room had a broken TV, phone no dial tone and a light that flickered all night long. Fitness Center closed and no breakfast as advertised.

The hotel itself is really nice. The rooms are laid out well my wife and I really enjoyed our time there like really enjoyed our time. The only complaint I had about the place was the bedding. It was very plasticky. The pillows just slipped out from underneath you and were crappy. They couldn’t stay underneath your head. it was just super gross feeling. I don’t know how to describe it, but it was just bad bad bedding. The mattress was OK firmness wise. I woke up at 2am and debated on waking up the wife and hitting the road because I couldn’t sleep well.
