Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hesperia by IHG

Worst experience with any hotel ever. They are thieves and liers. I stayed 1 night, I had paid a $100 deposit i was supposed to get back after checkout. Not only did I not get my deposit back they charged me an extra $150 on top of it so $250 total. Two days before Christmas which made me go over drawn in my account which cost me even more. So when I went back and tried to figure out why, they said it was for damage to the property. When I left the room it was perfectly fine. Nothing was damaged at all. I asked what damages and they said that I had ripped a lamp off the wall and I destroyed the linens. I never even touched the lamp, and the linens I "destroyed" were the wash clothes my girl used to wipe her makeup off with... Then the manager who was working threatened to call the cops on

The staff is the real 5 star of this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is always ready and the ladies keep the food stocked and hot. The entire staff makes you feel valued and at home. This is always my go to hotel when I visit the desert. The staff makes the stay worth it.

Positive: Plenty of room, and the foldout couch was perfect, we slept a family of 6 comfortably in our room. The breakfast was great. Room was clean and well maintained. Pool was great. Price was right. Negative: There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom and it made the whole room smell musty.

My kids and I used to love staying here but the last few times we stayed here (because my home was being renovated) the hotel black listed me for absolutely no reason and kept my deposit. I politely kept asking why and no one would tell me I was told to email the manager, which I did but no reply. I called but staff kept telling me he just walked out. The manager treated us with such disrespect and apparently discrimination because we did absolutely NO damage to the property even with my service dog we did NO damage. The room I stayed in had some damages already and alerted the front staff and asked if she can come look at it but refused. The next stay it was infested with black ants and I was still very kind and asked if they could switch me room but they said no, so I just said if I cou

Good location Very kind front desk ladies also the room is very clean and big of course the bathroom has ventilation, the best winner is the breakfast with eggs sausage and gravy, cereal, coffee juice all that. Highly recommend..
