Quality Inn & Suites

I am posting this to warn other travelers about the deposit practices at Quality Inn & Suites in Hesperia. At check-in, guests are required to pay a $100 “refundable” deposit. Staff clearly stated that the deposit would not post as a charge to the card. However, after checkout, a charge of $207.91 POSTED to my credit card. My hotel receipt issued at checkout reflects a total of $107.91 In addition, when I contacted the hotel’s corporate office directly, the receipt they provided also reflects a total charge of $107.91 There is a clear $100 discrepancy between the official receipts (both property-issued and corporate-issued) and the amount that actually posted to my credit card. Positive: The breakfast was decent with sausage and eggs available. Negative: Dirty and unsafe. The carpet was filthy and not vacuumed in the room. The chair was covered in stains nobody even attempted to wipe off. Across the street from a bar which played loud music with thumping bass into the night. Weird people walking around.

Very comfortable and no smoking is a plus because I am highly allergic and that was my main concern for choosing the right hotel. Quality Inn exceeded my expectations They can use a little upgrade in their bathrooms in that the room can be a little smaller to make the bathroom a little bigger. But overall very nice and comfortable

The customer service employee was very nice and helpful. I got a room to get some sleep.. And I got none.. that place was a party house.. wish I can get my money back.. or maybe a good night sleep... 😴

Ran out of food before I went to breakfast at 8:45 when serving until 9. 2nd morning they were ALMOST out of food, but after eating it, not having any would have been a better choice. When I went to my room the toilet lid had fingernail tips super glued on, a cigarette burn and a hole kicked in the door inside the bathroom. That was fixed the next day (kudos) but why isn't housekeeping reporting this stuff to get fixed? Answer: "We're having trouble with housekeeping." ADA parking is at the far end of the lot, not close to the office and breakfast room. This is 3 out of 3 bad experiences at Comfort / Quality. I'll be looking for higher quality at higher cost, but I'm not happy. The staff are nice, but they can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear, can they?
