Galleria Palms Hotel

We stayed here for a short trip to Orlando and found it to be a good value for the price. This is clearly a budget hotel, so expectations should be realistic—but what really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone made an effort to smile, answer questions, and make us feel comfortable, which honestly goes a long way and made the stay much more pleasant. Shout out to Roslyn at the front desk, she is so kind and sweet and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to ensure our needs were met! The room itself was clean and functional. Nothing fancy, but it had what we needed: a comfortable bed, decent water pressure, and a quiet enough environment to rest after long day

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here! Breakfast was delicious with lots of great options. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Conveniently located near Disney in a safe/quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

love the breakfast! they have pancake machine which is super cute. they also provide free cookies! however, the cleanliness needs to be improved. there’s a cockroach in our room. shuttle bus is convenient but must book in advance.

I've stayed at Galleria with my two children. I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice, and the cookies served in the lobby after 4:00 p.m. are excellent! It's a nice place. There is a Walmart nearby. It's also close to some of the Disney World parks, although it is far from Universal and SeaWorld.

Absolutely loved this place, it was clean, comfy, nice size room, and the breakfast overall was really good. Sol in the breakfast lounge was a joy to speak to, she was really helpful and so was everyone in the counter, including dakota who was super kind to us and went out of his way to comunicate with my mother who doesn't speak english, he was great! They have a shuttle to the parks which works great, always on time and it helps you save on the parking fees at universal and disney which is in the 30-40s usd range per day. They also have a nice pool which we didn't use due to the weather and also the location was great with a cvs and ihop next door and multiple restaurants near as well. They also gave free cookies on the afternoons and nights, loved them, they will definitely be my go to
